Take a pan and heat some oil over a moderate flame for this creamy chicken recipe. Put ginger, garlic, and green chillies in it and saute until golden brown. Add chopped onions to it and cook until they turn light pink. Add the washed chicken and cook for around 10 minutes. Cook the chicken with salt, black pepper powder, and garam masala until it is done or has turned golden. Add the fresh cream once the chicken is tender. Mix well, cover, and cook for 6-10 minutes. Cover it for about 2 more minutes when it’s almost cooked and add kasoori methi powder. It’s time to serve your Punjabi creamy chicken. It can be garnished with almonds and mint leaves that have been lightly crushed.
